Terms of Service

These terms govern your company's use of Erpzo, provided by Erpzo ("Erpzo"). By using Erpzo you accept them on behalf of your company.

1. The service

Erpzo is an online system for equipment rental companies: fleet, customers, contracts, delivery and return notes, billing, maintenance and operators. We aim to keep it available around the clock; short maintenance breaks may happen and we announce them in advance when we can.

2. Your account and users

• The Owner is responsible for the users they add and the roles they give them.
• Keep passwords private and tell us at once if you suspect someone else has logged in.

3. Your data

• The data you enter belongs to your company. We use it only to provide the service; we never sell it or share it for marketing.
• You can download all of it at any time from Settings → Subscription → Export your data.
• When a subscription ends we keep the data for 90 days so you can download it, then delete it unless the law requires otherwise.

4. Subscription and payment

• You start with a free trial. After that the subscription is invoiced monthly by plan; prices exclude VAT.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. If one is still unpaid 7 days later, the account becomes read-only until it is paid. Nothing is ever deleted for late payment.
• Plan limits (units, users, branches) are shown on the Subscription page.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Erpzo for anything unlawful in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, try to reach other companies' data, or disrupt the service.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to run the service and protect data. Your company remains responsible for the correctness of the invoices and documents it issues and for meeting ZATCA requirements. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms and will tell you inside Erpzo 30 days before changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction.
